TNI Commander General TNI Agus Subiyanto expressed his thanks to all personnel of the TNI Task Force Garuda 2023 contingent, who have served for 12 months in Lebanon.
This was said by the TNI Commander when he was Inspector of the Welcoming Ceremony for the Garuda Contingent Task Force and Milstaff Seceast UNIFIL FY 2023, at the TNI Headquarters Plaza, Cilangkap, East Jakarta, Thursday (14/3/2024).
Not only making the name of the TNI proud, the 2023 Garuda contingent of the TNI Task Force also brought Indonesia’s good name through various awards and achievements achieved during their assignment.
“This achievement is clear evidence that the TNI Task Force has applied the TNI’s PRIMA vision and mission in its duties. “Then during your assignment you have gained very valuable experience and proud achievements,” he continued.
The Commander in Chief also advised, use the positive things that have been obtained during the assignment to be developed in each unit, immediately adapt to the environment at home base so that unit solidity becomes stronger.
Konga Task Force and Milstaff Seceast UNIFIL TA. 2023 led by Colonel Inf Syafruddin as Contingent Commander with a total of 1088 personnel, with various Task Forces.
For the success of the Task Force soldiers in carrying out the peace mission, the State awarded Satya Lancana Santi Dharma to all Task Force personnel based on Presidential Decree No 116/TK/TAHUN 2023 on November 10 2023.
