Indonesian presidential candidate number two, Prabowo Subianto, can make Indonesia an agent of peace in the world.
International relations observer from Padjadjaran University, Teuku Rezasyah, believes that Prabowo will optimize Indonesia’s position as the country with the fourth largest population in the world.
Prabowo will take advantage of all aspects of the strategic agreement that has been signed in an effort to achieve the Golden Indonesia Vision in 2045.
“It is estimated that Indonesia will position itself as the leader of the Southeast Asia region, as well as balancing rivalries and cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region,” said Teuku Rezasyah to the RMOL Political News Agency, Friday (23/2).
As a figure who works in the world of defense, Prabowo also has the potential to become a leader who brings peace through multilateral cooperation involving ASEAN, OIC, NAM, and MIKTA.
